Guest Messages are very important and are not afford to be missed while they are In-house or about to Check-in. Messages are created from the action button given in Arrival List and In-house List. After creating message you can the same to guest via E-mail or take a print out, both the options are available.

• Message menu is given under common tools. Click on Common tools to get the message menu as shown in the below screen shot.

• Click on message menu to view the message list for all In-house guest and after guest checks-out from hotel, message of that particular guest will be removed from the list.

From the list messages can be resend to guest by e-mail or print.
