Turndown Management

The Turndown Management page will display the In-house guest list. From this list Housekeeper can identify rooms for current day Turndown Service. It will help to prepare a Housekeeping task sheet for Housekeeping Department.

We will learn to prepare Turndown Management list below.

  • Click on “Turndown Management” menu under “Housekeeping” menu.
  • The page will appear with the In-house list.
  • By default for all rooms the Turndown Status will be “Required”
  • Click on the link of Turndown Status to change the status.
  • Select from the drop down list according to your requirement.
  • Once the status are updated for all guests you can export the report of the same by clicking on the export icon on top.
