This module is for maintaining records of Issuing and Returning of Items. Here there are two tabs; Linen & Uniform. Below we will learn in details about each tab.
Tab – 1 : Linen
Follow the below steps:
- Click on “Assign” button.
- Select from the options according to your requirement of issuing Linen Items in the form.
- Below one row will be added by default to select the particular Item that need to be issued, you can add multiple rows by clicking on “Add” button.
- If any row to be deleted then click on the “Delete” icon that is given beside each row.
- After adding all the items click on “Create” button.
- Same will appear in the first page grid by the department and staff name to whom you have issued.
- When they return then click the “update” action button and mark that specific item as “returned”. When all the items are returned then the status in first page grid will change to “Returned”.
- When an Item is issued or returned then it also appears in the grid of next module, e.i; “Hotel Linen”. We will discuss the functionalities of “Hotel Lenin” in details in the module.
All the above points are to be followed for Tab- 2 “Uniform” also.
