This module is designed for sending Quotation request and then updating the Quotation for the reference of Store Manager. After “Store Personnel” is ready with the vendor list and Product list, it is required to send Quotation request for Product price to selected vendors.

Follow below steps to know about the functionality of how to send “Quotation” request and then update the price after receiving the quotation from Vendor:

1. Click on “Create Quotation” button for creating quotation request.
2. First field is “Requisition No.” which is optional, so if the Quotation request you are sending is against any particular requisition then select the requisition no. from the list and if the quotation request is not against any requisition then leave this blank.
3. Select “Category” and vendor will automatically selected in “Vendor Name” field and if you select “Vendor Name” first then “Category” will be selected automatically, so it is vice versa.
4. “Valid From Date” and “Valid Till Date” fields will be enabled after you receive the quotation from Vendor and when you update the price.
5. Add products to list in below rows by clicking on “Add” button given on extreme right side of the row.
6. After adding all products to the “Quotation Request” list click on “Create” button.
7. After Quotation is created it will be added to main grid in the first page and from there you can send email to the vendor.
8. After receiving the Quotation back from vendor click on “Edit” action to update price and Validity dates of the quotation.
9. After updating price click on “Contract” action button to confirm and sign the contract by entering the contract valid date and then in second tab upload the contract documents if any.
10. Click on “Create” button to create the contracts.
11. After the contract is confirmed the process of Quotation is completed and now you have vendor assigned to those products and in t he Product list menu, price will get automatically updated for those were in the quotation request list.
12. Similarly, this process need to be followed for all the products.
