To start with Inventory Management first you need to create all Products that you want to keep in your store then the Price to be update.
The process is discussed below step wise as how to create Product and update their price.
- Click on “Create Product” to create the product.
- A form will open where you need to fill all details.
- After the Product gets created it will appear in the grid but the Price and Quantity will remain blank.
- The price will get updated after the contract is signed with any vendor, it will automatically appear in this module.
A single product can have multiple vendor but only one vendor can be assigned at one time, if you want to change the assigned vendor then click on Price field from grid and select another vendor from the list. The list will have contracted vendors only from where you can select another vendor.
Product Quantity will appear here after the product is delivered to storekeeper by the vendor. When Product quantity is less than or equal to Threshold Quantity the color will be indicated by red color which is a reminder for you to fill the stock.
